DUSTY TAYLOR
Lead Pastor
Dusty and Tammi moved to the Boise area in 2008 to plant a church where everyone is welcomed and the Bible is preached unapologetically. Dusty has a passion for his four kids, loves to help people find their callings, and can’t get enough date nights with his bride.
KYLE HACKETT
Associate Pastor
After serving as a firefighter and an EMT in the military the Lord called Kyle into vocational ministry. He and his wife, Brittany, lead their family in a life sold out to Jesus and His church. Kyle’s travels around the globe, both in the military and leading mission trips, has provided him experience leading in many different ministry contexts. He is passionate about helping people heal, grow in their relationship with Christ, and in relationships with other believers in godly community.

Next-Gen Pastor
Drew and his wife Alex came to Revive through crazy God circumstances. Ask them to tell you the story! Drew is passionate about the next generation, making sure they are solid in their personal relationships with Jesus, and equipping them for what God has designed them to do. He has a gift for making young people feel seen and known.
NATALIE FREEMAN
Worship Leader
In addition to being a gifted lead worshipper, Natalie also loves to raise up others to live out their gifts of worship in serving the body and the world. She spends significant time each week asking the Lord where He wants to lead His people in praise and empowering her teams to invite others into genuine worship.
KERRY LEAVELL
Revive Kids Lead
Kerry would tell you she sees the kids as her ministry partners. There is no one better at making a child (and any human) feel valued and a part of what is going on. We know that our kids are stronger disciples of Jesus because of the intention Kerry puts into Revive Kids.
CHERIE COONCE
SPF50 Senior Adult Lead
Years ago, Cherie accepted the invitation to start a senior group at Revive by leaning into her love of people and her joy in the Lord. Today, she and her husband, Jack, shepherd a thriving 50+ group called SPF50. Because the word retirement cannot be found anywhere in the Bible, she is always encouraging the seniors to serve and be part of the community. You can usually find her greeting at the doors of Revive and she would love to meet you.
STEVEN SULIK
Young Adult Lead
Steven and his wife Rachel actually met in the formative years of Revive! You don’t have to know him very long to see his heart for Jesus and others. Few people say “yes” as easily or step out in faith as often as Steven. He has such a great heart to lead the team of leaders and young people in Revive’s Young Adult Ministry.
JOSHUA REAMS
Men’s Ministry Lead
Joshua grew up in a ministry family and has a heart to empower men to walk boldly in the spiritual leadership for which God has called and designed them. When not practicing law or cheering loudly for Boise State, you will likely find him creating space for men to experience godly community or, his favorite, spending time with his beautiful wife and their three kiddos.
TAMMI TAYLOR
Women’s Ministry & Prayer Team Lead
Tammi was called to Jesus as a child and called to minister through the Word and to women as a teen. A call looks different in every season, and she is simply humbled and grateful to walk with the women’s lead team to provide pathways for ladies to meet and experience more of Jesus. Tammi loves pouring into and living Kingdom with her family in the dailies.
BRITTANY HACKETT
First Impressions
Anyone who spends much time around Brittany will tell you that it doesn’t take long to feel her genuine care and warm welcoming heart. She loves Jesus and loves to point others towards Him. She says often that she will serve Him in any way He calls her to. Jesus love shines through her as she leads the First Impressions ministry helping people feel welcomed, seen, and known and have an opportunity to experience Jesus here at Revive.
JOCELYN SIEGERSMA
Communications and Admin
Jocelyn joined the team recently to bring her strong administrative gifts to the staff. Beyond navigating all the moving parts, remembering the schedules, and stewarding our homeschool groups, she also carries a tender heart for people and ministry.
ALLEGRA METCALF

Allegra has been ministering with us since she was still a teenager! For a long while, she was our chief administrator. Now she is a powerhouse in Revive Kids, a curriculum writer, worship leader, teacher, and Life Group leader with her husband Brent.
JEFF FOLZ
Tech Lead
Jeff does so much more than shepherd and staff the tech booth for Revive. He is also highly involved in men’s ministry, has a powerful heart to see others walk in their gifts, and could teach a course on unique ways to share your faith. Anyone who gets to work with Jeff can attest to his servant leadership.
JORDAN SANBERG
Church Planter
Jordan and Alexa felt called to plant a church in the Boise area, and we are so honored they are allowing Revive to walk alongside them as they prepare for the next season. As soon as you meet Jordan or hear him speak, you will know his heart for the Lord and the lost.
