Dusty Taylor, Lead Pastor
Dusty and Tammi moved to the Boise area in 2008 to plant a church where everyone is welcomed and the Bible is preached unapologetically. Dusty has a passion for his four kids, loves to help people find their callings and can’t get enough date nights with his bride.
Kyle Hackett, Associate Pastor
Kyle served the world as a firefighter in military and civilian capacities until God called him to rescue people from eternal fire! He and his wife, Brittany, lead their family in a life sold out to Jesus and His church. Kyle is passionate about seeing people rooted and connected in godly community.
Drew Deon, Next Gen Pastor
Drew and his wife Alex came to Revive through crazy God circumstances. Ask them to tell you the story! Drew is passionate about the next generation, making sure they are solid in their personal relationship with Jesus, and equipping them for what God has designed them to do. He has a gift for making young people feel seen and known.
Tammi Taylor, Women’s Ministry Lead
Tammi was called to Jesus as a child and called to minister through the Word and to women at the age of 19. A call looks different in every season, and she is just so humbled and grateful to walk with the women’s lead team to provide pathways for women to meet and experience more of Jesus. Tammi loves pouring into and living Kingdom with her family in the dailies.
Brittany Hackett, First Impressions
Brittany loves Jesus and would serve Him in any way He asked. That love shines through as she leads the first impressions team to make people feel welcomed and unhindered to experience Jesus at Revive.

Natalie Freeman, Worship Team Lead
Natalie is not only a gifted lead worshipper, she also loves to raise up others to live out their gifts of worship in serving the body and the world. She spends significant time each week asking the Lord where He wants to lead His people in praise.
Kerry Leavell, Kid’s Ministry Lead
Kerry would tell you she sees the kids as her ministry partners. There is no one better at making a child (and any human) feel valued and a part of what is going on. We know that our kids are stronger disciples of Jesus because of the intention Kerry puts into Revive Kids.

Cherie Coonce, SPF 50 Lead
Cherie would tell you that “retirement is not a word in the Bible.” Cherie, Jack and their team lead our Spirit-Powered Fellowship community for adults over 50. SPF 50 is a dynamic ministry of people who do not let a number dictate how they do ministry!
Steven Sulik, Young Adults Lead
You don’t have to know Steven very long to see his heart for Jesus and others. Few people say yes as easily or step out in faith as often as Steven. He is such a great heart to lead the team of leaders and young people in Revive’s Young Adult Ministry.

Jordan Sanberg, Church Planter
Jordan and Alexa felt called to plant a church in Boise, and we are so honored they are allowing Revive to walk alongside them as they prepare for the next season. As soon as you meet Jordan or hear him speak, you will know his heart for the Lord and the lost.
Allegra Metcalf, Ministry Multi-tool
Allegra has been ministering with us since she was still a teenager! For a long while, she was our chief administrator. Now she is a powerhouse in Revive Kids, a curriculum writer, worship leader, teacher, and Life Group leader with her husband Brent.

Jocelyn Siegersma, Admin
Jocelyn joined the team recently to bring her strong administrative gifts to the staff. Beyond navigating all the moving parts, remembering the schedules, and stewarding our homeschool groups, she also carries a tender heart for people and ministry.
